What if I don't have my security code?

If you've misplaced your security code, please contact our customer service team at (818) 761-8440, and we'll be happy to assist you. You'll need to provide some verification information to confirm your identity.

How often is the tracking information updated?

Our tracking system is updated at each major milestone in the delivery process. Typically, you can expect updates within 24 hours of any status change (during business days). For international shipments, updates may take slightly longer depending on customs processing.

What do the different status stages mean?

Our tracking system uses five status stages to show your package's journey:
Package Received: We have received your package at our facility.
Processing: Your package is being processed and prepared for shipping.
In Transit: Your package is on its way to the destination country (transit times calculated in business days only).
Arrived at Destination Country: Your package has arrived in the destination country and is awaiting final delivery.
Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered.

Is the estimated delivery date guaranteed?

The estimated delivery date is our best projection based on current conditions and typical delivery timeframes. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or local delivery circumstances.
